About Us

Joe began developing and implementing improvement initiatives while working for Kennametal, Inc. in the mid-1970's. Since then Joe has held process improvement positions in primary metals, electronics, woodworking, sheet metal, and high-volume assembly.

Joe has worked to help advance technologies while working for the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). He has been instrumental in providing Six Sigma training to over 300 employees from the manufacturing and service sectors, and has influenced graduate level curriculum for Six Sigma training with Penn State.

He has helped companies in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, transportation, distribution; education, financial services, and manufacturing implement lean enterprise and organizational redesign.

He currently aids companies implementing manufacturing process improvement and performance measurement initiatives through scientific work measurement and visual controls.
